I can not believe what I heard today. Got a call from my processor Crystal Kinney and she confirmed that the letter I received from Citi Mortgage was correct. After 9 months of relentless trying I recieved a modification. The terms are amazing, 2% for the first 5 years the 3% for years 5-7 moving to 4% 7-10 caping at 5.25% for the remaining 20 years.

I am going to use the saving to keep my oldest son in college and fund my daughters college plan with the rest. The pressure that this has lifted off of my shoulders is amazing. I was facing losing everything what a turn around, do not believe everything you read on line however you can believe this. Thank you so much CAPLAW

A very good day today, my processor with CapLaw called stating that I received a loan modification offer from my lender Bank of America. Terms 2% for the first 3 years paying $2500.91 then caping at 4.375% for life of the loan with a payment of $3169.75. My old payment was $4383.00 Yes after being denied this is proof if you know what you are doing results will come, I must say after being skeptical in the beginning thinking I knew more about my mortgage than anybody, CapLaw did the job. I strongly urge you to use this firm.

I just want to say I could not believe the results that Scott Parker with the CapLaw P.A. firm got for me! I had tried and tried on my own until finally I contacted James Caplan P.A., CapLaw and Scott walked me through the entire process, I did qualify after all regardless of what GMAC said. After three plus months SUCCESS!! I got a 2.5% rate for the first 5 years and then settles at 5.5% for the remaining 25 saving me $1225 per month. USE THIS GUY!!!
